School Counseling Program Oversight
-
Assess and enhance existing counseling programs using ASCA-aligned frameworks.

Support data-driven delivery of academic, career, and social-emotional guidance.

Behavioral Threat Assessment & Management
-
Establish or refine multidisciplinary threat assessment teams.
-
Implement evidence-based protocols and training to identify, assess, and manage student safety concerns.
-

Comprehensive Mental Health Framework Implementation
-
Guide the integration of tiered supports (MTSS, PBIS, etc.).
-
Promote trauma-informed practices and culturally responsive care.
-
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expand access to mental health services.
-

Crisis and Suicide Prevention Protocols
-
Oversee suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention protocols.
-
Provide staff training and consultation to ensure confident, appropriate response.
-

Critical Incident Response (Postvention)
-
Support schools in developing comprehensive response plans.
-
Lead or assist in response and recovery efforts following critical incidents such as the death of a student or staff member.

Professional Development & Capacity Building
-
Provide targeted training for staff, administrators, and support teams.

Facilitate community partnerships and family engagement strategies.
